Thank you for posting this information. I was able to convince our boss at work that we needed to consider getting Green Cleaning Services. Our staff is more happy coming to work knowing that our company cares enough to try to provide them with the best and healthiest working environment. AAP Facility Services and all of it’s staff really takes the time to thoroughly clean. Our company couldn’t be more satisfied with your service and constant communication!

Hello AAP Facility Services I don’t normally give out any positive reviews and make any type of comments unless I am complaining about something that was submitted to me by one of our employees, with that said I just recently received a number of complaints late last night before I left from some of the engineers that work on the third floor of the building they mentioned a bad musty smell coming from the carpet due to some water damage caused by the recent rain storms that we had. When I came in this morning I saw two more emails in my inbox one from the Senior Vice President and the other from the Operations Manager of the facility, both of which were informing me of the horrible stench in the hallway and the stairway on the third floor and could something be done about the stench immediately! As I reached for my iPhone to get in contact with our Day Porter through your app to see what if anything could be done to fix the situation I noticed a notification coming from your app. This was notifying me of the following and I quote ” Our team of cleaning technicians came across a foul smell originating from the water damage caused by the rains. We have disinfected, deodorized and steam cleaned the area including the stairwell at no additional cost. This has been factored into the monthly upkeep cost and once all repairs are made to the roof we will once again clean the entire area to ensure the smell does not come back and your facility maintains a fresh, clean, sanitary and welcoming work environment for your employees, clients and visitors. Once again this clean up was provided at no additional cost to you. Thank you for your time and have a great day!” Wow! As I stated I never had a reason to want to give any type of praise but I was able to return emails and cc everyone with ” All done Janitorial has taken care of everything they steam cleaned the carpets and left the entire area smelling wonderful. Sorry for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience. AAP Facility Services, Lydia M. Moreno and all of the Janitorial staff that works here on our site you all do a wonderful job! Thank you so very much for everything that you all do for us.

I was very impressed with the AAP cleaning crew here at my job. I first came to know them at another facility that I worked at, but I was at that other job for only 3 weeks. Despite this I was able to tell that everything was very clean every day. So as I started to say I am very with AAP Facility Services because working 2 months at my new job the operations manager of our site brought in AAP and within 3 days everybody noticed the difference from the other cleaning company and this reminded my of how clean the office was at my other job. Its been 8 months now and the building in which I now work in is still very, very clean. Now that my wife is pregnant and she needs help at home, I spoke with Lydia at AAP and she assured me that everything will be taken care of. Even though Lydia assured that everything would be fine I still had the jitters. When I got home my house looked amazing and my wife said that 2 staff members from AAP arrived 15 minutes before the scheduled time and asked my wife what she needed done immediately, then what she wanted to be cleaned after that and what if anything else would she wish to be done after. My wife continued to say that the cleaning crew was able to do everything that she wanted and needed them to do. Very impressive thank you Lydia and I want to thank the 2 members of your cleaning crew that came out and did such a wonderful job. Thank you all for doing an impressive job!

I really enjoy working with AAP Facility Services they have an extraordinary ability to know just what needs to be cleaned before anyone gets a change to bring it up to my attention, I normally have employee’s come up to me and tell me what a wonderful job the AAP cleaning crew is doing and then continue to say “I was going to mention that the front lobby floor needed some cleaning up, but never mind it seems that the cleaning crew got to it already, did someone else tell you about it?” This is why I am so satisfied with you AAP Facility Services, unlike the previous cleaning company your guys really do a great job! Thank you so much for all that you do for us, and a special thanks to Lydia for all the last minute clean-up, help and support and thank you all once again it is my pleasure to write this accolade for you.
